As many psychologists are operating a private practice it becomes necessary that they are up to date on their business operation skills and information. The SCPA Business School for Psychologists is geared to offer much needed information on business strategies that relate to the successful operation of a privately owned business. This is also a great resource for students or other psychologists who are considering private practice to get head start and over view of the requirements outside of their psychology knowledge base. SCPA will attempt to rotate the host location of the business school between Charleston, Columbia and Greenville areas. This is where the concentration of private practice psychologists operates. The 1st event was held in Charleston in 2007. In 2008 we will meet in Columbia on November 7, 2008. at the Hilton Garden Inn on Columbiana Drive (near Columbiana Mall).
